Magnetic North East provides a platform for the unique culture of the North East region, seeking opportunities to engage new audiences in our traditional art forms, to enhance the heritage and culture experience both for local people and visitors to our region.

We do this by providing a range of services – both supporting and working with our local artists and creatives.

We run an entertainment agency, connecting performers with those wanting to hire them for functions, weddings, ceremonial and corporate events.

We run a commissions service, where individuals and organisations can commission their own bespoke piece of music, poem or artwork created here in the North East.

We provide artist representation opportunities.

We support, develop and promote 1:1 and group teaching, courses and workshops

We produce, sell and promote publications, giftshomeware and crafts from some of the finest designers and makers of Northumbria and North East.
